To ensure maximum transparency, our entire administration is fully digital. You receive from us detailed service specifications, precise work reports and legally compliant invoices with a standardised Swiss QR code, directly and error-free by e-mail (or on request by post).

What insurance coverage does MWA GmbH offer?

We work with absolute security for your property: MWA GmbH has comprehensive Swiss business liability insurance with a coverage sum of CHF 5 million for all possible personal injury or property damage in the area of cleaning, maintenance, winter service and technical service.

Do you also offer Airbnb and hotel turnaround services?

Yes, absolutely. Especially in the Graubünden tourist regions (Flims, Laax, Lenzerheide) we handle the high-frequency and extremely time-critical turnaround service for Airbnb properties, holiday apartments and hotels. We ensure that the room handover for the next guest takes place punctually and flawlessly.

Are short-term assignments or emergencies also covered?

Yes. Thanks to our lean organisation and local roots in the Chur / Domat/Ems region, we can react very quickly and flexibly in emergencies (such as water damage, short-term special cleaning before events or a sudden, intense cold snap).
